With the combination of advanced computer programming and high-speed machinery, today’s embroidery technology delivers a stunning finish that stands up to time. From hats and scarves to banners or bags – you name it! Embroidery adds an eye-catching touch to any item so your designs will look sharp for years even when the material itself has worn down.

Make your logo come to life with Workwear Factory! Our in-house experts will work closely alongside you every step of the way, from concept through design and all the way to final product. We provide swatch samples so that you can touch and feel for yourself just how perfect it is; then we take your branding a step further by digitising its unique format into an embroidery program – using different coloured threads, this allows us stitch onto garments for added impact. Together let’s create something special!

Transfer printing is a method of printing a design or image onto a substrate (such as paper, fabric, or plastic) by transferring the ink or pigment from a carrier material (such as a transfer paper) to the substrate. This technique is often used in textiles, ceramics, and other industries to create high-quality images with vibrant colors and fine detail.

Transfer printing is a popular method for creating customized products, such as t-shirts, mugs, and phone cases, as it allows for high-quality and durable prints that can withstand repeated washing and use.

Things to Consider

Best choice for small orders of business shirts, work polos, jackets and headwear.

Logo and text need to be digitised to convert them into embroidery format files that our software can process.

We need a high quality file of your logo/artwork (JPG, BMP, PDF, etc) to digitise it properly.

Set up cost may be more expensive for small orders, and is not ideal for large designs.
